Ensuring quality from design to finish, all CURT custom-fit receiver hitches from class 1 to class 5 are proudly made in the USA, with the exception of some imported hardware. These hitches are engineered with a hands-on approach to achieve a precise fit. They are manufactured using a combination of manual and robotic welding operations, which enables both speed and accuracy. To complete the process, they undergo a unique co-curing treatment.

Each hitch is first dipped in a liquid A-coat, which provides rust prevention both inside and out. It is then co-cured with a durable black powder coat finish, ensuring maximum resistance against rust, chipping, and UV damage.

The receiver size for these hitches is 2 inches, and they are capable of supporting a gross trailer weight of up to 6,000 lbs and a tongue weight of up to 900 lbs. The country of origin for these high-quality hitches is the United States.
